We recently completed an emergency breakdown job for a customer. They had a weldment and shaft break inside the tool changer of a horizontal mill. They were told they couldn't get parts for three months. We got the phone call and got to work reverse engineering and manufacturing the replacement. We had the replacement in their hand in 3 days. The parts we made are pictured below, however the real result was a satisfied and relieved customer back up and running production.
